What is manual therapy?

Manual therapy refers to the use of certain techniques during a treatment session such as- assessment and palpation of tissue, observation of range of motion at a joint, myofascial release, positional release, and manual traction. Modalities like cupping, kinesiology taping, and targeted vibration, are often used alongside manual therapy. The session is a more active approach than traditional massage.
